"Quick and convenient, but my stylist seemed to rush through my cut. Usually a stylist will wet your hair to cut but she just did it dry. I was in and out in 10 minutes and when I got home, I had to trim some hair that was hanging at least an inch below the bottom of my cut. They seemed pretty busy there and I would probably give it another shot, but I'd request they dampen my hair before trimming."
