The wash was relaxing and the cut was well done. I asked for an armpit-length cut with blunt ends, long layers, and lots of face framing. "They completely botched up my hair. I said no layers and I have layers. It is not one length as I mentioned I wanted. They tried to tell me it was from my own hair breakage but I know what my hair looked liked. I’m out $300 on a hair cut and color I have to wear pulled back until it grows out. I absolutely hate my hair. Visit at your own risk and pay attention when they cut."
