"Hit or Miss you. Never know what you're going to get. It's like a box full of chocolates. Sometimes I get an amazing stylist. Other times you get someone that just wants to get to the day. I feel bad for them that they don't do it because they love it. But some of them really do and some of them are good. When we go to get a haircut we really like the same person over and over again. It's difficult to continue to get that."
"I had an issue with another location, so this was my first time back anywhere in two years and the lady that did my hair was literally the sweetest. So happy and positive but also just kind about my hair. My husband and I came in to get our hair done and both of our ladies heard what we wanted and gave us advice for how to make it look nice with our face shapes etc and we walked out looking like fresh new people. I will keep coming back!"
