"I have been seeing Alisha for 9 years! She is amazing! When I lived in midland, I made the 2 hour drive one way to my appointments to cadillac, happily! My sister also gets her hair done by alisha, my daughters, and even my mother. I don't trust anyone else! She does an absolutely amazing job and has always given me exactly what Ive asked for. If I want it blonde, we do stages for blonde until we get the color I want. If I want dark we also do the stages for that until it gets where we are happy with it. She is always so positive and upbeat. You won't find a better stylist! Wherever she is working is exactly where I will go!"

""Shear Professionals" is not "professional". No management (literally) No one to answer the phone - you have to leave a message and good luck getting your request answered in a timely way. I asked for a certain haircut that maybe took some time with de-bulking , layering and angling to create a long layered bob. What I got was a trim with nothing else. The stylist gave me her card and would not return my phone calls to re-schedule to fix it. Because she would not call me back I had to make a special trip into the salon to make an appointment. I told them if she doesn't want to do this I would have to ask for the money back for the cut because I have to have it done somewhere else. They said there is no management (all independent) no receptionist. Each stylist works independently and she could not help me I would have to talk to her. She would not return my calls! I am sorry to put this review in but I have NEVER experienced anything like this in my life of haircuts! I am stuck with a messy blob of a haircut (not to mention I paid a lot for it!) I am so sorry but please be advised!"
