"Very disappointed!! I have had one appointment and was very unhappy with the results. Soo made a second appointment to only drive a hr and half to only see the school is closed. No one called and clearly someone had to place the sign therefore someone could have called to cancel. Everyone says everything happens for a reason. Well I am grateful y'all did what u did. I went to Walmart and the girls are amazing and.. Ericka hooked my hair up! Super happy with the results! Thanks to y'all I found my forever hair tech!!!"
"Been going here for years and today I got the worst haircut of my life she(jewel) didn't listen to me and just wanted to leave she rushed and didn't even finish my hair cut really no blend not a touch up for long hair nothing"
"A great place to go and get beautiful, I've been going there for a long time, the staff are very friendly and helpful, the students are also very friendly and well supervised on what they do. Sometimes it may take a bit longer for things to get done, but the ending product is well done and well worth the price."
"Took my two teen girls for their appointment one girl was getting only highlights other was just getting some lowlights. It took them over 4 hrs and they dyed their whole heads, not just a highlights and then were Extremely rude, said I had to pay for the demential color even though that is not what they were supposed to be having done. Management lied to my face multiple time telling me that I said they could do whatever they wanted when I said no such thing, lied and said my girls said that was what they wanted when we had all told them multiple times that they were only getting highlights. He then proceeded to tell me very rudely that he was running my card for the whole amount and we were not welcome back! BECAUSE OF THEIR SCREW UP. I already knew they sucked at cutting hair but I guess now we know they are incapable of understanding highlights also. The place was packed and he showed everyone how inadequate he is as a manager. Good work for someone that most of the town already talks bad about."
"Cheap place to get your hair done. The instructor needs to pay closer attention to the student. I had my hair dyed and left with a dyed skin cap that won't wash out. Fun way to go to a wedding."
