"Was unimpressed with the customer service...or lack of anyways. Called twice and left messages requesting call backs to schedule an appointment and did not receive a call back at all after waiting for a week. Also, the voicemail did not indicate they were closed on Mondays which seems like an important thing to mention in the greeting. As a result of not getting a call back, I drove to their location and found out that way they weren't open. So 2 wasted phone calls, 1 wasted trip, wasted time. Maybe the massages and therapists may be good...but I guess they have enough customers and I'll never know. Good luck!"
