"i've been coming here for years and for the most part been happy however I'm Pretty disappointed that they close at 5 o'clock now . Most parents don't get out of work until 5 o'clock makes it impossible to kids hair cuts without taking them out of school or missing work myself. , One would think that they would manage their schedules to match the consumer instead of trying to please the workers. Everybody wants a 9-to-5 job but when your supply and demand are after hours ...spread your employees out everybody should take a turn working late. With that being said I will find a different salon for myself and my children to meet our needs"
"My son made an appointment with Janis to fix a bad cut from another place. She was patient and extremely kind. She helped to fix, and get a cut that was both comfortable and neat. He and I left quite satisfied. We will definitely be returning. Thank you Janis! **update 6 months later: still awesome, Thanks Janis :)"
"My wife went in there to get a cut and a style before our wedding. We were having a low key wedding with just a couple family members at a music concert in the part St Brethern. She asked for a cut and simple style and explained the wedding would be a surprise...so nothing extravagant. They spent an hour on her hair and it turned out looking like she was going to a high school prom. Not what she wanted, needed, or asked for. She was upset, but does not do well with confrontation. She paid the $150 for the cut and style and went home and took out everything that they did. She said after all the work the girl did,she didn't want to tell her that she did everything wrong. She saw as far as the cut went, they barely took anything off. She ended up just putting her hair up. Very disappointed. I was more disappointed that she was unhappy with the product she received and felt like she could not tell them that it wasn't what she wanted more than I was upset about the paying the $150 for basically nothing. Never again will we go there."
