"We love Biggby coffee. This location in particular is very slow. The past two times we have been here we had to wait 15 minutes and 40 minutes about a month ago. The orders are usually correct, but today I was given a 20 ounce beverage after ordering a 24 ounce."
"Don’t bother. This place is slower than snails. I usually go to Starbucks but thought I’d give this location a try. It took the staff a half hour to make my sandwich and coffee and there were only two other cars in front of me. Starbucks can get at least twenty cars through in that amount of time. Thanks for making me late for work!"
"Be prepared to WAIT a VERY VERY LONG TIME!!! We had an online order, and showed up 10 minutes after placing the order. We continued to wait inside another 15 minutes, for 1 drink. We gave them a second chance 2 weeks later & placed an order in the drive through. With no one in front of us, we waited at the speaker 8 minutes and then another 10 minutes before getting our 1 drink. We go to MANY different biggby locations and have NEVER had such bad service. We will make it a point to AVOID GOING TO THIS LOCATION in the future."
"Honestly, not impressed with this biggby. I love biggby coffee and always have but this specific store was a huge disappointment. The first time I went there I was given a hot drink when I ordered an iced drink, no big deal. Then today I went inside and patiently 20 min for one drink! It seemed the one worker was just standing there while the other was making food. It wasn't until a 3rd worker came in that drinks had even started being made. I also watched the two girls yell at the poor 3rd worker who came into what seemed to be a hot mess as if it was his fault. Another thing that really disappointed me was watching one of the workers scoop whip cream off of a drink that was obviously made wrong. As a person who can not have dairy, that was a dirty move and could potentially put that person in the hospital! Overall I was very disappointed with this biggby and will definitely not be returning, nor will I tell my friends to go here."
