I don’t know what it is but despite asking for extra caramel drizzle every single time, I NEVER get any caramel drizzle (it isn’t sunk to the bottom or something). At this point it’s my own fault for not speaking up about it but it’s pretty annoying considering it costs extra every time."

"Starbucks is Starbucks. You know what you're getting. And Starbucks is pretty universal from store to store. However my last visit here at this store the staff was less than friendly and helpful. There's a good chance the pissy attitudes of this store may have ruined me from coming back. Not that I'm sure they'd care at all."
