"3.9/ 5 Stars I ordered delivery to start with. Food was delivered hot and fast. We ordered 2 of the exact same steaks, both medium rare. 1 was still VERY rare... So rare I had to cook it a little bit before we could even eat it... Then I ordered a dozen rolls, and all of them looked crusty and felt hard like they were left over from yesterday. Also the butter cups for the rolls were only like 1/4th full....The only thing that was really good was the salads. It was super fresh and had a good portion. Overall, I was disappointed by the food. I honestly expected a lot better from this location"

"First time ever!!!!...I brought my family here, not the best experience however, the waitress completely forgot our appetizers and one entree... not sure but very displeased, of course it wasn't on the bill, but hardly the experience I thought I was getting... salad and rolls were amazing tho, took the burger to go, so the taste is never the same later"

"Absolutely loved it! The waiter was very nice and didn't interrupt our meal 711 times. Food was great and service was great! 10 stars if I could, they always cook my steak PERFECTLY!"

"First visit. Ordered the ribeye, mashed potatoes and broccoli. Food took a very long time to come out. Our server told us that it was due to them having new cook. This was the same line given to another customer about 5 months ago in one of the reviews here so, not sure if this is another cook. The steak was flavorful, but if low quality. Get the choice meats with us what I will do next time. Broccoli was seasoned well but was terribly undercooked. It was like eating from one of those vegetable platters. Mashed potato and gravy were pretty good. Attentive server even discounted our meals for the long wait. Co workers burger was really dry and bread was hard. Rolls were delicious as always. Clean restrooms."

"SHUT THIS PLACE DOWN OR SOS TO CORPORATE!!!! Where do I start? Upon arrival, I chose to sit at the bar hoping for an upbeat experience. It took several minutes to get the only bartenders attention. There was a total of 6 people sitting at the bar, and 4 of them were closed out and leaving. She finally greeted me with a dirty menu that had wet soda on it. I ordered a beer and when it finally came I was ready to order. I ordered the most expensive steak on the menu, the Porterhouse medium, salad, and soup. The salad came out= ok. The steak came out, and before I could tell her it was a ribeye, she was gone again away from her bar! The potato soup finally came out from someone in the kitchen. I asked this girl where the bartender was. I needed another beer, and the couple that had walked in during her disappearance needed greeted. I asked this said person where she was. Her response was: "I think she is back there making salads" for who????? When she finally came out, she did ask how my food was. I asked her if they were out of Porterhouse Steaks. She said I don't think so why? I pointed to my terrible looking ribeye and smiled. Her response was, " we have a new cook I'll go check and make sure we aren't out and I'll talk to a manager" she came back and said that they weren't out of Porterhouse Steaks and that in her words: "he is just dumb" at this point, I had had enough. I ate the portion of ribeye that was manageable because I wasn't about to sit and wait for another one to be cooked. They didn't even offer to cook the correct steak!!! WTH? She did get permission to discount my meal, but that's not the point I'm trying to make. I know it's hard to find help these days, but come on, train your people that you do have and make them Rockstars so us patrons come back! Yes I tipped her but only because I couldn't get her attention to make change with the cash I used to pay for this disaster. Logans 0. Cook at home 1 P.S. your liquor rack on the wall is about to fall. I left you a picture of that as well with the overcooked ribeye"
