"I was working with Martha for rentals for a wedding in August. I am an out of town bride and in December she emailed me saying she would put everything on hold and we could meet and work out details when I’d be in town in January. Long story short we meet, she says she can provide a contract, she emails me today after not hearing from her weeks despite me following up twice, after she claimed she would be sending the contract, and she said the rental was unavailable because she gave it to another bride."
"A Bride's Choice made my dress search SO easy! I did a little shopping before heading in, but still didn't quite know what I was looking for. With the help of Ceaira, I was able to take my time and get plenty of assistance. I loved the back room where I had a big changing space, and my crew had a comfy place to sit and watch. The moment I had THE dress on, I knew!! ABC made ordering easy and I got alterations in-house (Kathy works true magic!!), and their schedule to come in/try on again was super flexible. The staff made the dress finding process easy and fun... and I felt and looked like a QUEEN on my wedding day (Sep 2023). Thanks Ceaira and A Bride's Choice!"
"While I did not purchase my dress from here, they did provide me with tables, chairs, and an arch for my October wedding. They did excellent with communication—I planned my wedding in Houghton while living in Lansing. Our original wedding was cancelled due to COVID and they made a very stressful time seem a little less abrasive. I highly recommend their rental services, everything was beautiful!"
