"My wife and I were traveling from Upper Michigan to Minneapolis today. We stopped at your store around 11:15am. My wife is disabled and walks with great difficulty. After I finished filling my gas tank, I took her in to use the restroom. An employee named Jen saw us and was so very helpful. She held the doors for us, led us directly to the restroom, waited with my wife while I brought the car closer to the door and finally, she waited with us until I got my wife safely inside the car. Caring and compassionate employees like Jen are so very hard to find. I thanked her several times but that isn’t enough. Please let her know that she made a difference in the lives of two strangers today."

"Gas station with a shop. The guy serving us at the counter in the shop was really rude! We bought drinks and we asked to use the hand sanitizer - he told us to buy our own wipes! Not Covid friendly at all. This guy needs customer service training."
