"Wait was long, they made us the wrong pizza, but service was very friendly and they remade the pizza. Absolutely delicious. When I am back in Ashland and not in a hurry I will absolutely be back. Plus price was fantastic lemonade and pizza for 3, 24 bucks"
"The deep dish pizza, chicken sandwich, bacon cheeseburger and chicken alfredo were amazing. The lasagna was quite salty but some people might prefer it that way. The waitress was very friendly and the food came out fast. I would definitely recommend Hugo's."
"Food was delicious. Very friendly staff. Clean facility. My only nitpick is with the paper towel dispenser in the restroom. It's definitely mounted to high for children to reach. Not a big deal, just ask for extra napkins. 9.8/10. Absolutely recommended."
"I have been getting pizzas from this place for 25 years, since they opened and it was the best pizza ever made. But the last 3 times I ordered my usual works pizza for takeout it was hard to believe it came from the same place. The toppings were minimal and the crust was hard to chew. After so many years of bragging about their pizza to everyone I have to say I would not recommend it to anyone anymore. Hope the manager can get things back on track for the takeout orders."
"We got a pizza with lots of toppings last night and it was very good! I especially liked the tomatoes and mushrooms, which were both very fresh! Also ordered cheese curds that came with ranch and loved them! The service was good. Only reason I'm not giving 5 stars is because the dining area is dark and slightly depressing."
