"The manager didn't really want to manage. If there were problems the staff had to figure them out, and if they asked questions they got yelled at. Not a good look. Food was same quality as any McDonald's, but the everything else was... Lacking."
"I won't be back. It was terrible. I asked for ketchup and received ketchup on a beverage lid. He slammed it on my tray. I ordered the double cheese burger with lettuce, tomato, onion. Lg, fries, and small pop. I was missing lettuce and tomato. I asked for it and received it."
"I stopped for a bite before my hair appointment, I could tell the one lady taking ordered in driveup was exhausted but still gave great customer service and a smile at the first window, when I received my food the guy at the second window carried on with great customer service and a smile as well. It was great to see this in a place where you usually don't, what ever the Ashland WI McDonald's is doing it should train other locations!"
"Went through the area this past Sunday. The person that took our order, and the person that handled our money, we’re both awesome and very friendly. The food itself was also amazing. Overall very impressed with this location. Keep up the good work!"
"My child and their volleyball team (only 14 people so not a big group) were denied service two hours before closing last night. Some people ended up getting food after the coaches called and filed a complaint but mine doesn't feel comfortable eating after having a confrontation so they didn't order. Their bus was there between 9:00 pm and 9:15pm but they were told that it was too close to closing (we checked online and closing time was listed as 11pm) and that the restaurant had been cleaned (it hadn't, there are photos). The confrontation literally took longer than it would take to prepare the food. The on-duty "manager" was disrespectful and unhelpful."
