"They scheduled an appointment for the very next day at 9AM without confirming with me that it worked. Got a no show, had to reschedule, and the staff on the phone with me hung up at the end of the call without saying goodbye or anything. Dr. Yalldo is nice, but obviously busy, and as a patient you feel like you are taking up his time. I always feel that way, but maybe that’s because I’m too empathetic. Anyways, my experience with the staff has always been questionable."

"Dr Rojewski is great, however, the office staff is bad. I have been trying to obtain a copy of my medical records for literally over a year now and they will not send them. I have had my new Dr. request them, I have called and left voice messages, sent in all their fax paper work, and still have nothing. Reading the other reviews, it appears that my issues are not unique."

"We have seen both Dr Rojewski and Dr Camara regularly as well as Dr Yalldo on occasion. I have been with this office for over 16 years. The office staff is amazing as well. The office is great for adults and kids. My daughter has been a patient since 3 days old and my 17.5 year old has been a patient since he was 18 months old. I moved 35 minutes farther away and still make the drive."

"If I could Zero stars I would. Dr. Camera is great and I enjoy seeing him. The office staff not the other hand is deplorable. Mary and Janet are some of the rudest individuals I have ever come in contact with and can not believe they stay employed at this practice over the years. Me and my family will be looking for a new practice with staff that has a heart and cares about the patients that see their practice. (Tip: Remember you are in a service based industry, without patients you would not have a job.)"

"Dr. Yalldo is fantastic. He is friendly and professional. Even busy he will always ask If I have more questions or concerns before moving on. I have also transferred my son to this practice and he is happy as well. I have never had issues with any of the doctors (I have seen 3) or staff. I would not change doctor if I had an issue with the front desk. Speak to the Dr. about it. They have always accommodated me when sick or if they were booked advised to go to urgent care. I prefer that over waiting for an over booked office. Don't forget they deal sick and cranky people all day!"
