Ordered me new prescription if this works hopefully no other procedures or surgery good people only complaint I would have is the phone answering system that's terrible ts a AI like most places but this one never gives you someone to tell problem too you always have to.leave a message but the wonderful girl who did call me back took very good care to help me. "The office does not disclose the fees you will incur based on the four locations in which Dr. Coates provides a service. We received a bill from Sheridan Hospital for $8613 for colonoscopy service, which is basically the charge for the use of the their facility/staff for this procedure. This is DOUBLE the amount than the other locations. This information is not disclosed at time of appointment or in their paperwork, that based on facility selected for procedure that the amounts will vary. We have had this same procedure at the Spectrum location which was HALF the amount from Sheridan - of course, no one will do anything about it. Again, people with insurance being taken advantage of. We call and get told you should have called your insurance company. The insurance company does not know what the facility is going to charge and the only pay the "ALLOTTED/CONTRACTUAL" amount for a procedure. They are not going to pay DOUBLE the amount."
"Hes the greatest there is!!Hes friendly and litterally knows his sh#t.Hes been my gastro.dr for 26 plus years.His goal is to get you feeling better and finding the right meds that will do it.The only thing that needs improvement is they need to answer the phone."
