"I walked in to my 12pm appt at 12:07pm and they denied my appt because the tech wanted to go to lunch. The Secretary said she called the day before with a courtesy reminder and to confirm my appt and she had called me the day of 3 time. Which she did. But inwas on the line with the IRS and had been on hold for 2 hours so inwas not about to click over for a number i didnt know. I was a private pay patient. So i am now going to just take my money elsewhere and will always just continue to use Basha like i always did. They came recommended by my ordering physician. Always go with your first mind. I drove 45 mins to get to them today. To be turned down because there tech wanted to go to lunch when i was only 7 mins late.. Terrible customer service"
"Kind and caring staff, made an uncomfortable scan needing to be done bearable and offered efficient appointment scheduling within 2 weeks from when I called originally to set it up. I would recommend using their services for any imaging scans post-injury to assess potential damages physically acquired as a result."
