Alpha Screening

"Tried to say I had to purchase a mask from them to get a drug screening done. I don’t know if that was a joke or not, but that’s unacceptable. I didn’t have a choice on this location or I would never have picked it. As well as having me technically miss my appointment because I had to go to the FedEx store to print out the appointment paper, because again not informed, needing hard copy of the appointment. But the man that did my screening definitely has a big heart. He’s a redeeming quality. But the owner definitely left a negative impression. But now here’s me being BRUTALLY HONEST, the man with the big heart, he didn’t even do my drug screening, just sat and talked to me because of me being upset and frustrated. Just passed me without actually having me do it. So now I wonder how often that actually happens. Edit since they HAD TO RESPOND: I don’t particularly care for the owners history around covid as it’s genuinely not my business who has or hasn’t had covid. A mask isn’t an inconvenience, the inconvenience is it’s no where on any information until I’m physically there that it’s mentioned requiring a mask. In my case where they mentioned calling to make an appointment, I didn’t call it was through my work places portal system of hire, maybe have it added into the informational emails. But because they just HAD to make comments, on my review. Seriously? This isn’t about professionalism at this point, that’s taking personal offense to calling out that something could play off as a joke. To add insult to injury, the thing they said to me about being hospitalized they said again on another negative review on how you have to buy a mask if you didn’t have one. I had masks in my car as at that time I worked at U of M main hospital in Ann Arbor. But again, had it been my choice I would have never have gone to this location. But I did talk to the support line affiliated with them because I was ready to just cancel my appointment with them and go to another location no matter how far it took me."

"Very Friendly folks! Constance had a pleasant and wonderful personality. Everything was quick and easy. I was in and out in no time; 10-15mins tops. I highly recommend this place if you ever need a drug test done. Thank you"

"AVOID AT ALL COST!! What a joke of a business. HAD to go here for a job pre-drug screening. I walk in, front desk lady was polite. Then, some random lady comes from the back comes out ranting I need a mask to come in here (meanwhile, her mask is on her chin), I ask for one since she's making me wear one and she tells me no they don't provide them....BUT I could BUY one from some random worker up front. Seriously?? Best part, they didn't require the front desk lady to wear a mask and another worker, and yet they are running a side business (making untaxed money at that) forcing people to buy masks just to use this place. Absolute joke, AVOID!"

"Wonderful place .. The lady that answers the phone is so kind and caring! She did my hair sample and she helped me so much on getting the lab results in time for my court hearing! She kept checking and trying , she really cared , this company really has a great hard worker! Thumbs up for professionalism and being a good price for the test!!"
