"Would NOT recommend for mammogram or ultrasounds. Mine was not reported right almost had a biopsy in the wrong place. They are having to amend my imaging (it's been weeks). How is this possible?The wording they used was unprofessional. Thankful my primary sent me to another doctor for second opinion. Do not trust Ascension with your imaging or results. My doctor could not believe how badly they messed up. Still have yet to even receive a call from anyone. Call center is an ABSOLUTE nightmare."

"11-30-23 Was really just fusterated. They are good here just that pissed me off. They don't deserve a one star thats why I changed it. They are clean they have helped and been prompt on my prescriptions when I need refills. I have been seeing my primary for 4 years at this place. Always loved this place but this last year....WOW!!! I DO HAVE A FULL TIME JOB!! I A. TEN MINS LATE!! And there's no call to see if you're on your way there's no hey are you coming nothing they just cancel your appointment so yes I am finding another doctor another location that actually cares about their patience. To try to get an appointment with a doctor takes 3 months or more then 2 months to see a PA and I am ten mins late and they just leave. Dont take into consideration traffic! Just rude and unthoughtful. My almost getting a ticket to make it here didn't matter one bit! When I talk about back pains and the fact that I have had bad surgery i am just told to loose weight instead of let's get you processed for a breast reduction. I am tired and will have to find a new location. Not to mention blood clotting running deep in my family my grandma died from a blood clot....no let's do blood test let me look at your leg that your worried about. No let's wait 3 months to see you instead! Then cancel when you are ten mins late!"

"Unable to get pricing information for follow up diagnostic testing that they were very quick to schedule. Seems the Howell location does not want you to know the cost of services."

"The urgent care service in Howell was absolutely horrible. I would give them a negative 2 stars if that was possible. This is the second time my spouse has come and he said service the first was time was horrible as well. We didn’t have a choice this time. Staff isn’t very friendly or helpful. I had to push my spouse out of the urgent care thru doors by myself. The staff doesn’t help you wheel the patient. The lady said I’ll grab the door for you opened one door and then started talking about unrelated work stuff instead of helping me get through the other closed door. I had to use my knees to hold the door while twisting to pushing my spouse thru the door no help at all. Took forever to be seen even tho we were the only ones there. All you hear is them talking and laughing and hanging out. Just horrible never again will we go there. If you don’t like your job maybe find a new ones."

"I had a very important drug test for pre-employment. They only do new hire orientation once a month, and I start in a week. My new employer filled out the paperwork for this specific center. I scheduled according to my own schedule, and the only time I had available in the week. The day of my test I was getting ready for the appointment and noticed a voicemail. (2 hour notice) Literally, was told that the nurse wasn’t coming in, that I could not reschedule because they had no availability for the week and that I needed to go somewhere else for my screen, and good luck. Literally the worst response I have ever heard. I went in full panic mode, and had to call several centers to try to squeeze in because today was the only day I could. I contacted my employer and I was able to find someone in Howell that accepts walk ins called DNA. They were great. Ascension really let me down when I needed it. This is my first experience with Ascension and my last."
