"Shared experiences with others here. The actual Dr (Bryan Weinstein) only saw me for a few minutes over video after months of being a patient. He was occupied during the entire call. I ended up cancelling as I did not feel like they cared more than simply pushing medication and billing my insurance. A few months later and I have a letter from collections for $30 that I did not realize I owed. No calls from billing, only a single email except from three months ago linking to a statement. To think that Summit Pychiatric Services is supposed to help people but will then create unnecessary stresses by sending $30 to collections rather than calling, emailing, or even sending a letter is bonkers. I work in IT, I am quite easy to reach and constantly check my phone for customer issues. Look elsewhere for help. I understand that I should be on top of billing, but life happens and Summit made zero effort reaching me to remind me."

"Aya was great but Dr. Weistein doesn't seem to even be listening to you when you are talking. They bill you $75 if you are 10 minutes late for your appointment even though they are making tons of money on your insurance for their 20 minutes calls. Then when you try to get ahold of billing no one will call you back from months."

"Believe me when I tell you that you should go anywhere but this place. Believe the reviews. This is a sensitive time in your life and these people do not care. I had nothing but bad experiences, often feeling worse going out than I did going in. I decided to give them one last shot because I had an appointment with the man who owns this company, Dr. Weinstein. Figured, might as well see who is running this place. Lets just say it all makes sense. He was 15 minutes late to my appointment (video call), I had to call and confirm he was going to show up. They claimed he was still with his 1 o'clock appointment. Mine was at 1:30. So, a 45 minute appointment before me. I find that hard to believe since he spent 10 minutes with me. Had no idea who I was and could not figure out which medication I was taking even though I told him multiple times. Didn't even look up at me (he was reading my file and diagnosing the paper) and was getting irritated when I tried to tell him what was going on. Prescribed me the highest dose of the medicine was was currently taking and called it a day. This was shocking as it was quite the jump in dosage. Anyways yeah, I will be going somewhere else. Save yourself the headache and start somewhere else from the beginning."

"I haven’t always had the best experiences when calling the office. Sometimes the people seem annoyed with me and that I’m inconveniencing them when they need to help me BUT what I can say is that Kayla Stiles is absolutely amazing. She’s such a sweet and kind soul. She seems so genuine and eager to help me. I’m so comfortable talking to her (and that’s rare coming from someone with social anxiety). It’s almost as if I’m talking to someone I’m close to, like a friend. She just gives me genuine, friendly, understanding and all around great vibes "
