"Dr Neswhat and his wife use to be really nice people. I remember how joyful and full of life they were pre Covid. I have been going into their office for years as a sales rep. After visiting a few years later I couldn’t believe how rude the two were. As his wife is scarfing down her lunch that i provided for the entire staff, she was insulting my services and the health care work I was providing. Didn’t even hear my presentation at all. Sent her husband in to tell me, I’m not here to answer your questions but I’ll hear what you have to say… GO AHEAD. Even Their staff apologized to me after they both left. I wish them well!!! Perhaps they were just overwhelmed and exhausted but I never expected this from either of them."

"Absolutely NEVER answers the phone. I cant count how many times i’ve called and they let it go straight to voicemail. It’s an absolute hassle to try and schedule an appointment. Once you get your appointment as well be prepared to sit for awhile. These are some of the slowest people i’ve EVER seen. Clearly they need some younger staff to keep it alive in this office. Receptionists are the rudest people i’ve ever met. I will be finding a different Pcp.. I cant stand this place."

"I am not sure what I said wrong but I was just hung up on. My Dr after 9 years is retiring. I have a heart problem, back pain from a car accident. I reading reviews and wanted to know if he was taking new patients I don’t know how to find a new DR. I just want a good family Dr again."

"The best, understanding..caring compassionate group of individuals out there !! This office is a blessing with my condition. My doctor really has pain under control. Listens with his heart .. an to his patients. Hes sent from Heaven for my family."

"Simply put Incredible, Awesome, doctor..... my husband wrote a review 6-7 years ago about the Great Service at the office, and until this day nothing has changed. Still great service. Dr. Neshewat is amazing doctor. Highly recommended to anyone that wants, honestly, and good advice that wants the best health care for themselves period. He’s the doctor you want taken care of you. And for the couple of 1stars or crybaby comments. I would say try dealing with Beaumont hospital or Henry Ford good luck. If you can’t get through leave a voicemail they’ll call back. It happens to every office. We drive 45 min each way, wait in the lobby like every Dr office but get the best treatment what else would you expect. If you want Dr. McDonald’s drive through oh well best of luck to you."
