"Glen and his girls are the best! They use the grinder rather than clippers, which is always preferred. When I adopted my adult fur baby, I could tell he had never experienced nail trimming. Glen was so patient and professional, even with a lot of squirming and howling he got the job done. Sign up for the queue online, then wait in the comfort of your home. All communication is done by text. You will receive all directions through text as well. The only way to be confused is to not read the text directions. Thank you for always giving my dogs such a positive experience!"

"Put my dogs name on the list. Got an email to be there in 30 minutes. Immediately went up as I was only 2 miles away. Was told to wait in my car. Never told I had to go online to say I had arrived. Took three dogs in front of me and then told me I had to get back in queue and wait another four hours because I never texted arrived. Apparently showing up in person is not good enough. So much for good customer service"
