But she was always okay with heading to Paw Prints on Friday morning about every 6 weeks. She knew where she was going. They were great to our pup, and to my parents. "I initially loved going to Paw Prints Grooming, my dog looked great every time up until last visit in March. He came home limping for several weeks afterwards and the hair on the legs looked choppy and uneven, but I was still going to go forward with my next scheduled visit in May. However that visit was cancelled due to Covid exposure at there business. It was a complete hassle to get rescheduled, I had to call them back to reschedule, because I had not even heard from them. The appt they offered did not work for my busy schedule, so I had to find another place that time around. I called to get him rebooked for his next visit in July, they told me they took my dog off there rotation and I would have to wait until September. I told her that she cancelled me first and could they at least work me in. She said she’d put me on a cancellations list, but it sounded like they don’t want my business at all. How unprofessional and disappointing that we are living in times where businesses could care less about loyal clients. I work in a business where I had to do scheduling and rescheduling during covid closure and there is a right and wrong way to go about having to reschedule and Gretchen was completely unapologetic."
"Love Paw Prints and the staff! I know my dogs are going to be treated well, and come home in much better condition. You can tell safety is priority, as each dog has its own kennel, and they're never left alone in the tubs or on the tables. There's a reason they stay so busy with repeat customers."
