"I don’t recommend this agency to anyone . The communication and customer service is absolutely terrible . My son had the worst experience ever here . I wouldn’t recommend my dog to receive therapy services here. I’ve spoke to several people regarding my concerns , including the owner and nothing was done . "This has been such a hassile I don’t even know if I want to come back. It’s my first time doing therapy ever and I’ve been super nervous. There was a problem with my email. I left a voicemail they texted me I texted back. No fix on the email. I then got a text saying that I need to call them. I call I get it fixed. I came to my appointment that same day. I was sitting in the lobby for an hour. I even came in five minutes early. It didn’t look like they had a front desk setup just a tablet. I checked in and sat down and waited for an hour. Not once did any of the ladies going in or out of the “office” inform me my therapist wasn’t even there. I got a notification saying I had a voicemail. Turns out that my new therapist wasn’t even in the office. It’s very upsetting having to sit on uncomfortable bench for over an hour listening to two people talking non stop and playing music loudly. Quinn seemed like a very nice person to talk to but I really don’t know if I want to come back. This was very stressful for me and already have a hard time dealing with new things as it takes me a long to time to prepare."
"This is the longest I’ve ever stuck with therapy. I’ve been going since December 2022. The office is super cute and comfy. I see Quinn and I highly recommend!!"
"This establishment is utterly repulsive, I wouldn’t even recommend them to my worst enemy. They are racist, and unkind to Black people and POC. They have a particular stench in the air that reminds me of an underground sewer. If you have the chance to choose elsewhere please do, your livelihood depends on it. I am disappointed and I wish I could give them -1 stars."
"If I could leave 0 stars I would , 0/10 wouldn’t recommend . This place was rude and unhelpful , very much racist . Needs to be under new management ."
