"McLaren called me a week in advance of a scheduled appointment to cancel the appointment I had booked 5 weeks prior. They wanted to reschedule for 6 months later. If you are needing to see a doctor, please seek a different provider."

"I've been calling for an hour and a half, the response to option 3 for appointments and questions has been "sorry this line is busy" and bumps back main menu. Can't get through to a person or leave a message. So I'll try a different provider, I don't want an office this difficult to get a hold of."

I always feel that he and his staff have the best interest in my health and the care they provide. Dr. is always about health, and taking care of your mind and body. "Dr. Naismith is the best doctor. She was recommended to me by a friend. She makes me feel so comfortable and is very personable. I did have one issue with the office though. My insurance company denied a prescription and both the office and my insurance were being so patient with helping me out but there was a little confusion. When the confusion finally got handled my insurance company informed them that it would be a quick process to get it approved but she was informed by the office that they don't have time to wait on the phone for the approval so they are fine with waiting the 3 weeks for the appeal process. I understand we are in very busy times right now but this is not what was said to me by the office, when I asked why it wasn't approved again and why I had to do the appeal process she informed me the insurance company wouldn't provide her with an answer. I'm just disapppointed. Like I said times are crazy busy so i understand their frustration and not wanting to sit on the phone. Other then that I have had great interactions with all office staff and Dr. Naismith. I can't recommend this office enough!"
