"I was here twice, in June and July. Both times they didn’t do the test on the first visit said they didn’t have the order, I gave them the orders. Second time really didn’t give me a reason. First nurse was great she is there all the time. Second one very unprofessional, said she didn’t know how to put in computer also that I would have to go elsewhere for test. Will not be back again. Will go to Mclaren or to Walgreens lab."

"Went to Quest on Fenway Dr. They did all my blood work but said they don't do the Mersa swab. Had to go to McClaren Wellness inside Walgreens in Fenton on Silver Lk Rd. My anesthesiologist said Quest is suppose to do them. I will say the ladies at Quest do an awesome job. Never felt the needle going in. Now that's perfection. Practice makes perfect"

"Phlebotomists are skilled and friendly, and the staff treats you like your time is valuable, which I *REALLY* appreciate. My bloodwork can be difficult to draw, and I've had successful visits each and every time. The Fenton location is my preference, but I've had great experiences at every office I've visited in the Flint area. Recommend."

"Disrespectful staff, Carrie Lowrey the phlebotomist wouldn’t draw my daughters blood because she didn’t have confirmation that BCBS was our primary insurance, very rude and complete waste of time causing a delay in my daughters surgery due to being denied the scheduled blood draw. As a physician assistant myself I think I would know what my insurance is and on top of it she didn’t bother to look it up online or call the insurance company if she was so concerned which insurance is primary. Go to Caroline st, not this location!"

"I had an issue with the Caroline St location as they can be incredibly rude and unhelpful. The ordering doctor's office told me of this location so I went here. The lady working was AWESOME! Very helpful. I was dealing with a sample for my senior citizen mother and did not know what I needed to do since it wasn't me requiring labs. She took the time to explain the process rather than dismiss me and shut the door in my face like Caroline St did."
