"UPDATE OCT 20, 2022: I previously seen this same identical robot auto-reply 'Response From The Owner' for all unfavorable reviews. I actually sent an email to the suggested address at the same time I posted this review. So far no replies, human or bot, but I will post updates if that changes. Not holding my breath... ORIGINAL POST: Condescending rude doctor and numerous billing problems. A billing code error took me over a year and more than a dozen phone calls to resolve. McLaren billing web site still shows I owe $784 in error. My son no longer wants to see his doctor because of the types of questions they ask and how they make him feel like he’s being interrogated. I was with my son on his last office visit and witnessed the doctor correcting my son’s response to one of their questions, the doctor was wrong and my son’s response was correct. We are now being billed for lab work that was not approved or authorized by us. I do have good things to say about some of the doctors at McLaren Fenton, but good luck trying to make an appointment. They are typically backlogged and overbooked 30 to 45 days, sometimes longer! I made my sons last appointment 30 days in advance and was initially told they didn’t have any openings. I had to force the issue explaining it was school related and they eventually called me back and squeezed in a 7:20 AM appointment which caused my son to miss some classes. So, good luck if you're sick and really need to see a doctor in less than 30 to 45 days! However they, McLaren Fenton, are quick to suggest using their new Urgent Care / Emergency facility, located in the same building, for faster service. What they don't tell you is how much more your out-of-pocket cost will be for using those services in order to be seen quicker, typically $500 to $1,500. As such I am actively seeking new doctors and a new health care system for my family. My family has been with McLaren since we moved to the area back in 2001 but that loyalty is now working against us."

"I was very sick passed out while standing at check in window after waiting 2.hours plus, I was told only one doctor and 2 nurses , The person working the check in window saw me fall and left my on the floor the fall injured my Knee it was bruised for two weeks and could not get up, an elderly gentleman came and helped me into a chair your staff did not help or care that I passed out. I was so light headed I could not sit I asked if I could lay down some where and they said sit in chair or go home do not lay on lobby floor The staff needs some training especially for a hospital , A fast food establishment cares more and the people are smarter"
