"Horrible experience! First of all the lady at the front desk was trying to charge me $400 for my scans. I knew it was wrong but she said i had to pay or cancel my appointment . So i canceled and called my insurance. My insurance told me that i only had to pay 21 for the first scan and 33 for the other! Wow! So why was this girl trying to charge me so much?? Then on top of it I have been waiting here since 11:45 my appointment at 12:30. I came back in at 12:25 they put my appoinmemt back in the computer before 12:30 and now Im waiting ! Tell me why anyone else could be back therewhen my appointment hadnt even started yet? This is crazy! They definately do NOT know what they are doing here! Beware!"

"Everything was perfect. This was my second time coming to RMI. The first time was in Flint. I will say the Fenton office and staff was all around a better experience. Yet the time in flint wasn’t bad either. They were just busier."

"My husband Ken just returned from his appointment and was told he was being charged 100.00 for making a mistake and thinking his appointment was today, when it was last Monday at the same time. Obviously, there was no one else scheduled, since you could perform the procedure. You do realize that older people make mistakes. We are on a fixed income and that is a lot of money to us, or to any senior. I will be sure to ask our primary physician to refer both of us to another facility for future procedures."
