"Update to my previous review… as we reach the end of their work day (as well as the end of the week), I have yet to receive a call back regarding lab results from 5/17/2022 after yet another extremely rude staff member assured me “I need to give them time to call me back…. They have two full business days, not 48 hours as I was informed previously”. If you are looking for professionalism or basic patient/provider communication… I encourage you to find a different provider."

"HORRIBLE patient service. I am the Director of Operations of two very busy Urgent Care facilities and well versed in the functionality of a medical office. After not receiving a call with lab results, I had to contact the office to find that the results were ABNORMAL. Went in for a follow up 5/17/2022 and again had to have labs drawn... today is 6/1/2022 and of course, no phone call with the results. I called the Southfield location (which is where we were scheduled) and was informed I had to call the Mack location to speak with the nurses. I called and was told that someone would return my call within 48 hours. I informed the young lady that the appointment was two weeks ago and I have to continue waiting for a call, she only replied "yep". I then asked to speak with an office manager, was placed on hold and "surprisingly" disconnected. I've called back 4 times and I'm instantly being routed to a voicemail. Dr. Kaur is very personable and professional but their staff gets ZERO stars. Needless to say, we won't be returning. DO BETTER!!!"
