They do a great job and have always been hospitable, caring, knowledgeable, and together with Tracy the office manager made me always feel like I was important and like family!!!"

"My initial experience with Dr. Bruce West was many years ago before he relocated to the Northwestern HWY office. I had only seen him once maybe twice after my doctor of several years retired. I was not pleased with his bedside manner at all. After the second appointment (to be sure my first impression was warranted), I expressed my displeasure with his staff. I shared that I'm well beyond child bearing age and was just in need of a annual 'female check-up" and some support and guidance as I moved into the next phase of my life. The staff offered that I see the nurse practitioner. Since that recommendation, I have been visiting her for the annual check up. She is very pleasant and knowledgeable. No complaints. However, she isn't a doctor. Just recently, I shared with a friend that I needed to visit with a doctor and she recommended her OG/GYN, Dr. Cardwell. When she gave me the information, I was pleasantly surprised that she was in the same office as Dr. West. So I thought great, same office, my chart is already there, no problem. Right? Wrong!!! I called today to make an appointment. I was told that under no terms was I allowed to see her despite the fact that I have only seen Dr. West maybe twice within the many years that I've seen the nurse practitioner!!! So the "rules' must be in place to ensure that Dr. West has any patients! I'm really disappointed and feeling "black balled", if you will!! Since sharing my experience this morning, I've learned of another person who has great reviews about Dr. Cardwell! They added that they know of Dr. Atty but didn't know of Dr. west. If the nurse practitioner, Mrs. Frencher were a doctor, I would happily patronize her. I'm SURE she is a significant reason why DR. West has retained patients over the years. So I'm searching for a new doctor since this office would rather lose a patient than to ensure that their clients needs are met within their staff of three doctors. What a shame!!!"
