"First, we were charged DOUBLE the current going price listed on Google for this place. Stayed for a family wedding in the area. Was misled by the use of the use of the word "plaza" in the name. Very substandard. Rooms were highly outdated. Bumpy, old, uncomfortable beds that gave us all backaches and rough bedding. Dirty carpets. Elevators seemed unsafe, and my family were told they were lucky they had one at all by staff. My cousin had bedbug bites all over. She stayed on the second floor. Handicapped room on the first floor does not have a roll-in shower or a transfer board for the removable chair. Continental breakfast had hot options, but they were mostly inedible. Biscuits turned to dust, gravy okay, sausage tasteless, eggs powdery. A very disappointing stay that was the only damper on a wonderful wedding weekend. The pool seemed clean and was open late. Safe area next to State Trooper station."

"Highly recommended, Family run hotel with excellent & polite services. Delicious breakfast. Hot tub all the hours. Well maintained & non-smoking rooms. All the staff were very courteous and eager to help in any situation. Will prefer to stay, again."

"Would not recommend. Found items in room from previous guests as well as lots of dust which shows the lack of commitment to cleanliness. Very musty smelling unless AC was running consistently. Beds are very uncomfortable. The only thing fairly clean in the room was the bathroom (thankfully). If they could shine this place up and update the interior this would be a great location. For the money you would think BW could update their rooms and give guests a clean place to stay."

"Average room and bathroom, reasonably clean. Breakfast area was less clean. We watched the worker wipe egg and other food scraps off one table, then just wipe down other tables with the same rag. Not at all sanitary. Biscuits were cold, coffee was cold, eggs were dried out and rubbery. Terrible. Find somewhere else to stay until their management cleans up their nasty breakfast area."
