Saugatuck Landings Luxury Suites and Marina

"My wife and I recently spent 6 nights and 5 wonderful days in the upper suite at Saugatuck Landings to celebrate our 23rd anniversary. It's close to everything Saugatuck has to offer. You are in the prime downtown location while at the same time located at the end of the strip avoiding most of the congestion. The condo was exceptionally clean and spotless upon arrival. It's a newer building and the unit is beautifully decorated and has everything you could possibly need. The owners live next door and introduced themselves upon arrival. They were very nice and helpful throughout our stay. This is the best location along the Kalamazoo River with spectacular views of Mt Baldy from your own private balcony. We spent a lot of time playing cards, reading, drinking wine while watching the boats go by. We will definitely be visiting Saugatuck again, making Saugatuck Landings our first choice to stay. "Excellent room and amenities. The owners were very friendly and hospitable. Communication from the owners was excellent every step of the way to include a phone call letting us know that our room was ready early. The surrounding area is absolutely beautiful with a lot of things to do; both day and night. The downsides were that there is no reserved parking for occupants. This is by no fault of the owners, the city would not permit it despite their request. Despite all of the great qualities, we left early and did not stay the night. The best part of the room was the view from the bedroom. This however was blocked by a several family members of an adjacent room the entire day and up until we left. With the view blocked, and the noise right outside the window, the luxury of the room was compromised. Compounded with a bed that was so soft, you sank deep into it, the pleasure of the night was lacking. Overall, the experience was nowhere near worth the cost of the room. At least for the lower unit. If you are going to stay, I would not recommend the lower unit. The upper units have their own private balcony and more privacy with unobstructed views."

"We had a terrific vacation at this beautiful property! The suites are nicely decorated, well kept and fully stocked with everything you need for a comfortable stay. The view is magnificent and we enjoyed it so much, we spent hours just watching the boats go by. It is within close walking distance to all of the restaurants and shops, yet on a quiet end of town. We will definitely be back!"

"Everything about Saugatuck Landings is top notch! We stayed in the upper suite for 4 days in late July 2020. The apartment is well furnished, everything is in new condition, the kitchen has all you might need, and the view from the living room and desk is fantastic. The owners live next door and thoughtfully stopped by to introduce themselves and tell us that they were around if we had any questions or needed anything. The location was perfect, central to everything Saugatuck offers but also quiet enough to just sit outside and watch the boats go by. We hope to visit again and we'd make Saugatuck Landings our first choice, without question."

"We just returned from a wonderful week in Michigan, and Saugatuck Landings has become our new favorite place to stay! These five star accommodations are beautifully furnished, perfectly appointed, a short walk to everything in town, and provide stunning views of the river. The owners are lovely and provided everything you could want and need in a rental condo (including spices, a grill, beach chairs, a first aid kit, and so much more). We love the luxury condos at Saugatuck Landings and cannot wait for our next visit!"
