"This is a beautiful and quaint B & B, The room was clean, spacious and very comfortable. The breakfast was amazing and the host is extremely nice and kind. The pricing was very reasonable and within walking distance of the downtown Saugatuck area and all there is to do. I would highly recommend considering this as a place to stay when visiting Saugatuck."

"I never left a negative review for a hotel before, but I needed to share my unpleasant experience. I was very disappointed with the food. Continental breakfast at chain hotels are much better. There was not enough food and the quality of food was poor. I was not a big fan of an old shower head either. I was literally appalled but not being greeted first. How rude!!! The owner and a person, who prepared food never acknowledged me being around or passing through the hallway. I said good morning to the cook the first morning and refused to say good morning the next day. She was extremely unpleasant. I have stayed at a few Bed & Breakfast places in the past and all the owners were always welcoming, outgoing, warm and very pleasant. It was a huge disappointment to stay at the Inn of Saugatuck for my 5 girlfriends & I. I didn't feel welcome there and will never stay there again. I believe that the owner and the person, who prepares breakfast there should take some basic etiquette classes and learn how to cook."

"Great location just a block away from the major downtown area. Great air conditioning for the hot summer days. Breakfast is a buffet. The Eggs Benedict Casserole was delicious. Great B and B to stay at in Saugatuck!"
