"These people have lost their damn minds! $1500 a month for a 2016 F150, 2016 Escape, 2013 Focus and 2011 focus???? (After adding 2013 Focus. Previous monthly bill was around $400) My wife and I had been in communication with Keith to find out why so high. They put a hold on payment to "check into it". Next thing we know, cancellation of policy for "non payment" comes in the mail. No callback! No text! No communications back, whatsoever, before just canceling our policy! OK, we get the hint; you don't want to insure us! Too bad, considering we all have clean driving records! All because of a 2013 Ford Focus they CLAIM has a "low safety rating"! C'mon!! SMH"
