"A disappointing - and dangerous - experience. After providing several months' notice that I would need help with private insurance, Troy Albrecht hurridly put together options for me that included two major mistakes, misquoting the maximum out-of-pocket for the recommended policy by $5,000 and giving me the monthly cost as the ANNUAL cost for another. He then said he was too busy to regroup and make it right when I pointed out the errors (than goodness for Google). I reached out to senior leadership to share my experience but no response. Be sure to double check any information you get from these folks, they could be playing fast and loose with your health and your money...."
