"Never gives me enough of my blood pressure medicine, I always run out before my next appointment. Never listens to anything I say, and ignores everything except my blood pressure, even though it's not that high and I think it elevates do to him and the office. Overall he just seems too busy to care."

"Not my actual doctor, but oversees my NP whom is my primary care provider. With that said, after my bloodwork came back with elevated cholesterol, his immediate response was to put me on cholesterol meds rather than adjusting my diet. The D.O. in his license is supposed to signify a more natural approach to practicing medicine not pushing pills. His medical assistants whom call are also rather rude. Edit: To clarify my NP is awesome, she put in a referral for me to see a dietician to modify my diet to help reduce my levels naturally. It's only this Frank guy I dont like. Probably in the pockets of the pharmaceutical companies."

"***EDIT*** After years with the same doctor Frank has become less and less available. They’ve also updated their policies and when I read through them I noticed a line about being audio and video recorded. I don’t know about others, but personally I don’t want to be recorded in anyway while in a check up. They also just handed it to me asking me to sign without telling me the update and seemingly expecting me to blindly sign. I haven’t been since and am changing primary care. It’s a shame because I loved the place. I guess if you’re okay with them saving your video and audio for an indeterminate amount of time with the ability to share this data at will, he’s a good doctor to work with. Old review: Absolutely the best doctor I have ever seen! Yes it takes 10-15 minutes to get through the phones to schedule an appointment but I showed up 40 minutes early by accident and they got me in early so I didn't have to wait. I have never been to a doctor that is as thorough and thinks things through completely before jumping to any conclusion. I am HUGE on communication. If you don't work well together you wont be on the same page for health care. And I have never had any other doctor explain things as in dept but easy to understand as he does. I recently moved two hours away but still keep him as my doctor. I think that sums it up. I cant say enough good things."
