"I went to Dr. Blanzy for a tetanus shot and they gave me a dpt shot which I did not want and they didn't tell me. Then I got a call from my pharmacy saying my prescriptions were ready. He didn't discuss any prescriptions with me! Then he sent me to a dermatologist that didn't even take my insurance! He is no longer my Doctor!"
