"I’ve been waiting for my mother’s half hour wrist surgery for 2 1/2 hours now. When I called to ask about her status, I got no information other than “they’ll call you when she’s done”. I’m fully aware of this considering I was here with her 3 weeks ago when she was getting her other wrist operated on. The receptionist is rude, she was on the phone and looked perturbed when my boyfriend finally went INSIDE to ask about the status of the surgery. On top of that, I went inside to use the restroom and waited 10 minutes. I ended up using the men’s restroom because of time, and when I walked out I realized it was an EMPLOYEE that was in there for that long. The first time I was here, my experience was VERY different, which makes this experience today that much more frustrating. I hope I do not have to bring my mother here again."
