"Medical biller failed to submit my insurance for routine bloodwork after 6+ years at this practice, and the staff offered me not one but *two* different phone numbers to try and get in touch with the biller because they couldn't do anything for me, and now I'm on the hook for almost $400 that I have to try and get the hospital to submit to my insurance because the people hired by this office can't do their jobs."

"I like Dr. S. Motorola, she's caring, listens, tries to help and tries to understand what a person is going through. But ( I don't know if it's her staff or the other doctor) for the most part some of the staff needs to be replaced and others need more training. I've always had an issue with logging into my portal ever since the access was changed. Can't get staff to return a call, can't hear them when someone does pick up the phone, can't get them to fax important faxes. This has been going on for more than 4 years."

She also treats her pt with the best of the best in terms of treatment, Rx, technology and attitude. The office and environment can not get any better. You should come see the place for yourself.
