"These people lost my blood test. I went there with Uber, spent almost $50 to get there and come back only to be told weeks later that I was a no show. I have proof I went there. This office is very incompetent and rude. I went there last year and they had an attitude too but at least they had my blood test. What a waste of my time. They will deny taking my blood but I know I went there. A tall skinny black guy took my blood. I would stay away."

"I really like my doctors I always have... As for trying to call up there and make an appointment. It's ridiculous to try to get through to anyone.. nobody should have to wait on the phone for 45 minutes for them to answer not just once or twice this is continuously. Honestly after this pregnancy I will probably never go back. Like I said I do like my doctor but feeling like you're not important enough for them to answer your phone call or for them to call you back. It's just not worth it. I can find a better facility. Sadly, it just seems to be a Beaumont thing recently. Beaumont has gone downhill massively in the past few years"

"October 12th 2023 was the first time I went to this urgent care and I saw Dr Daniel Tanbakuchi, DO. I was skeptical because I was used to going to a family doctor who had a little place of his own and retired so this whole experience with different doctors was kind of on my mind. However Dr Tanbakuchi was wonderful I was so happy to have him as a doctor and he was very knowledgeable about what my problems were and was very helpful. The next time I went I saw another doctor, Dr Walsh, she also was wonderful and very helpful. Both doctors listen to me explained everything to me to where I could understand and asked me if there were any other questions. I love this place and I'm happy that I decided to go this route and chose this place over the one in Belleville. I also want to add that on two occasions I had to go to the my Beaumont chart to ask a medical question and I was a little bit leery on that but both my questions were answered with a phone call within 24 hours by the doctor. Now that is fantastic service."

"I love the Doctors here but the staff is rude and barely wants to answer the phone. I tried to call to schedule an appointment but was on hold with no answer at all for over 12 minutes straight. This kind of service is unacceptable and appalling to say the least! I previously called and asked about scheduling an appointment for my mom as a new patient and the lady on the other end wanted to just give me a time frame instead of doing her job and pulling up the schedule to see what time and date was available. I had to ask 2 more times and tell her no I want to know the specific date not what your usual time frame is. DO BETTER! Or if you don’t like your job get a new job and let someone else work there, please. People want to speak with someone who is pleasant when the call to schedule an appointment for a medical issue or concern."
