"This place could care less about you or your child. EVERY SINGLE VISIT it’s something. They even tried to argue with me about my sons name at one point. Please just save yourself the trouble and go somewhere else. EDIT: I love my sons doctor Dr Batra she’s very peasant and knowledgeable but the staff absolutely SUCK. I wish the doctor would go to a different location."
"My son has been seeing Dr. Kurtz pretty much since he was born. Both appointments we’ve been to she hasn’t given us much information on anything & always brings in a medical student to look at our son with her (without asking if it’s okay). Half of our concerns are never addressed because she’s too busy teaching the students she brings. My boyfriend had to ask about the side effects of a certain vaccine because she had picked & chose which ones to disclose to us. When asked about the certain side effect she had to look on Google to tell us the statistics. The office staff also sucks. Everytime I call I’m on hold for atleast 15 minutes just to get on the phone and be told they’ll take a message and call me back. When dealing with children, especially a 3 month old, I should be able to reach the doctors office and not wait all day to know whether it’s an emergency or not."
"Dr. Batra has been amazing with my son's care. She is invested in his health and happiness and always shown true concern and passion for him. My son has some extra needs and she is very compassionate and patient with him. She is by far one of the best physicians I have ever had interaction with. I happily recommend her to everyone I can and feel so grateful my son gets to know her."
