"I had high hopes for this office. Dr.nichols is very nice and did a great job. But I was not impressed with the other staff. My tech who helped me at my first apt seemed to be a little stressed and all over the place. She even forgot to wipe down the exam room before bringing me back. I received trial lenses and they fit great but towards the end of the day I found that they became cloudy. I called and asked if there was a different brand to try. I tried new ones and had to take them out after 5 minutes. It was almost like they gave me the wrong prescription. After calling the office again they recommended I purchase the first brand I tried and use eye drops in the afternoon to avoid cloudiness. Annoying, as I’ve never had to do this with other brands I’ve used in the past but at this point was desperate to get lenses ordered as I was out. I wish she would have had me try a third brand. So now I’m stuck with a year of lenses that I don’t quite love. On top of all that, they gave me an expired $200 rebate in which I had to call and ask for an updated one. The new one they sent was for the wrong brand of contacts, so I had to call again for an updated one, and even now still cannot get the rebate to go through on the Alcon website. Not to mention the first rebate I received was for $200, and the one they’ve given me now is only for $150. I am very frustrated and due to poor communication from their staff, I think I will be trying a different office next year."
