"The office refuses to follow through with a readable image that one can open? I saw no supervisor in the office supervising the imaging process. The office refused to explain which version of Windows would open their files. I have nothing after paying $165.00 plus $120. to have a radiogist read my scan. I'm asking my money be returned since this venture is going to cost me 1380.00 in dental benifits that will expire. I have been working with this office since Oct. They appologigized but use the word BUT when appologizing. I willl also be asking for my expenses whichI encoured for the many trips 4 to detroit an 1 to Caledonia, and 3 to Southfield times 2. I had to have a driver last time who earns 56.00 per hour. I'm sure this will wind up in Small Claims Court.."
