"I have been seeing dr dinh, i have never ever had such bad experience with a dr, especially that is thru pine rest, i was going to the one that was in cutlerville, i am out of state for family emergency,i missed a few apts, but it was emergency related they would not work with me to get another appointment,the receptionists were very rude and short with me !! got discharged, i have a lot of health problems, and have been reading on these medications, and it says DON'T stop taking them cold turkey how can he do this to HIS PATIENT???well here i am beyond emotional, and i cant even get a emergency supply cause im in different state,i am so upset, i cant get my meds, so now I have to go into a new yr and i am lost confused, cant sleep cause i have no sleep meds.."

"I saw April here a few years ago. She didn't work with my religious beliefs, and she had very strong opinions that she pushed on me. She wasn't very understanding. She kept calling me "honey bunny" and I didn't appreciate that. She told me that I needed to "find a therapist of my same religious belief". She was my third therapist, and I quit therapy for a year after seeing her. I refused to go back, but eventually my psychiatrist convinced me to try again with someone else, and he has been so incredibly helpful and supportive. So looking back, I thought I was too damaged to be helped. But now that I've found the right therapist, I realize how in the wrong she was on many things."

"First of all I think Pine Rest does great work for the most part. I had Gabrielle Totten PA as my med manager. When I emailed her I was in crises she replied thst I should wait a week to see how I felt and then contact her to set up an earlier appt. A week is forever when you are in crises. I had been on Klonopin when I met her.. I asked for ten pills per month because of times of extreme anxiety that threatened my job and peace of mind and after giving it to me for 2 months, she switched me to Vistaril claiming that Klonopin was addictive. I have never been addicted to anything and was asking consistently for 10 pills per month, no more. I told her that I no longer felt like she had my best interests at heart but was more concerned about her own. When asking me how I was, I said maybe we should be talking about how she was… I am requesting a new med manager."

"unprofessional, went here back in 2013 for therapy and the lady guilt tripped me the entire time, and recently i decided to try it again with someone else. reached out twice and no answer. not surprised to see that they’re still terrible, but i guess that’s just pine rest for ya"
