"CVS on110 N Rochester Rd in Clawson Michigan on January 19 2024 at about 6:15 pm. Stranger Alert- A man went down the aisle where my 14 year old niece was and just stared her down,then a woman came and said she had candy for her mom(me) and my niece but it was sitting on a piece of paper My niece walked away and joined me again and l noticed the woman kept watching us and she was pretending to check out on the self serve register My niece ran to the car where her grandma was a and the 2 people walked out of the store I told the shift manager named Susan she laughed and said she didn't c anything and just shrugged her shoulders and she asked what do u want me to do I said call the police but she didn't Please keep your children near you and safe I Kno l won't go there again"

"Everything gone well today at CVS on Rochester road Fay is who helped me she is wonderful everytime she's at work and I end up making a visit to CVS,, She's so helpful and answers all my questions correctly and always helped me pay my rent correctly without any confusion or mistakes Fay is a wonderful employee hope she gets recommended, Fay is a great employee their always gave me great customer service she Is amazing thank you Fay."

"I was in a rush this particular afternoon and after grabbing everything that I needed I headed to the front of the store to check-out. The cashier was helping someone so I decided to use the self checkout. I ended up having a few issues with some items that were not ringing up when scanned. The team member had to help me several times all while also ringing up a long line of other customers in between. She got me out of there just in time to make it to my destination."

"Lazy, full of attitude, and a joke. From the pharmacy, to the staff, to the manager. Heaven forbid you ask for assistance. Going to cash register at noon with 3 employees and a manager? don’t worry you’ll be greeted with attitude, only to be told to use self checkout that doesn’t accept cash 80% of the time. They will charge you deposit for any Can or Bottle purchase but don’t have a functional bottle return system. So you will never be able to return bottles or cans they charge deposit for. Managers always have an excuse ready why their machine doesn’t work."

"CVS always has GREAT sale prices. Often times they have vitamins buy one get one FREE. They also have a lot of other items on sale for buy one get one 50% off. You can join their rewards program for FREE too. They allow you to combine coupons, which results in great savings. I shop at CVS regularly."
