"It's rare that I can get up to vals while living decently far from the Royal oak location but when I do, it is such an easy store to get in and out of and their prices for the wet canned food that I purchase for my cats is far cheaper than pet supplies or any other store I shop at. There are two younger ladies who are by far the kindest cashier's they have. There are other cashier's I've dealt with in the past that are totally fine but just not that chatty, which is totally ok with me but the younger girls do tend to chat a bit more and are a bit more friendly with the customers. Prices and the ease of getting in and out is well worth shopping at this store!"

"5 employees up at the front of store having a grand time between themselves. A female employee did finally come when I was standing there waiting for someone anyone to acknowledge I had a question. While checking out by the way I spent $213.00 on items I asked if I could get a .99 cent mouse toy for free. Nope we can’t do that. Seriously I order from Chewy which I guess I’ll start always ordering my supplies for my animals. Seriously I asked I’m not a thief and to not say sure thank you for your business. It was a no so my answer now will be no to your establishment. I guess your customers aren’t worthy of a little mouse toy for free. Chewy loves my business all day long and I get free toys and treats just for giving them my business."

"This place is awesome!! Great prices, lots of variety, friendly and helpful staff. I have a Staffordshire who is allergic to most proteins. She can't ever have any treats because of it. They had fish based treats for her (herring). Lots of choices for kibble and everything t under the sun for non canine and feline pets top."
