Owner saved our dogs life decades ago by suggesting switching dog food when our vet could not determine why he was loosing weight and fur. New puppy only needs nail filing and occasional bathing but will be her customer because of past kindness."

"We took an older rescue around 15 y/o that we got from a lady whose elderly mother had passed away. He was extremely matted and his eyes were almost crusted shut among other things. When we picked him up he was like a different dog I had never seen before and was happy as can be, tail wags and all. Best part is she took him in with only a couple days notice while our regular groomer said 3 weeks, as usual. Well, our groomer we have been using is done as far as I'm concerned and Robin is our new groomer. Reasonable price on top of it and you can tell she loves what she does. Thank you again for getting him in. We are very grateful for your excellent service and your genuine love of animals."
