"Called MinuteClinic regarding incorrect charges for flu and CIVID shots. The only way to contact is through the Minute Clinic call center. Stayed on hold for 2 hours before hanging up. Tried the next day twice. Stayed on hold for over 30 minutes each time before hanging up. Ultimately, the call center is useless. No one answers. So disappointing. I’ll have to physically go to the Minute Clinic to resolve my issue. BTW…..talking to the Pharmacy also does not help. I was told they have no connection to the Minute Clinics."
"Usually I have a pretty decent experience, but tonight I couldn’t believe how rude the lady at the pharmacy was. After I gave her the payment for my medication, she threw the change in my hand, then says “the printer will ask you if you want a receipt” and then just walked away to finish what she was doing… I chose to have it emailed since it seemed like I was just wasting her precious time, but how rude!"
