The bottle and everything was someone else’s. I went back and the pharmacist did not apologize for the mistake. The tech was helpful and said sorry and worked on getting me the right pill. This should not happen."
"I had used this pharmacy for 15 years. It used to be great, but is terrible now. I’ve recently switched my prescriptions to another place. They NEVER answer the phone. You are put on hold repeatedly without ever speaking to someone or are hung up on after you’ve already been holding for a long period of time. I suggest someone from cooperate try calling from a private number & you’ll see what I’m talking about. If they are that busy, where they can’t take calls, then they need to be staffed more appropriately."
"Came 9/3 at 9:45pm and there was a new cashier working who was laser focused on his phone the entire time he was checking me out. I had told him I was doing two orders only to have to repeat it after he began ringing it all together. He was stumbling even just handed me the receipt because he was so distracted with his phone."
