"While the $25 daily rate for daycare is affordable, there are notable drawbacks. Communication issues being the top of the list. I had to provide frequent reminders for my dog's needs. The owners lack awareness of yard activities, and an incident occurred where they discussed a dog's behavior negatively in front of me. Boarding costs are high, and playtime requires an additional fee. I believe essential care, like playtime, should be provided. On a positive note, the yard's manager displays genuine passion and personal attention to my dog, providing a reassurance that someone is watching over my dog. Overall, the affordability keeps me coming back, but their is some obvious flaws."

"A word of caution - their online booking is not always accurate. I had booked my dog for boarding. The confirmation email stated the drop off date and time, but did not show the pick up date and time. I foolishly assumed that my pickup date and time would be the same as when I booked it online. However, they had actually changed my pickup date and time and did not inform me in any way. I did not send my dog with enough food for boarding as a result of this change- and no one contacted me about this either. When confronted about this, management became defensive and deflected the blame. I wish they would have just taken ownership regarding the issues with their website - or at the very least have contacted me when they changed my booking dates. The only reason I did not give them one star is because my dog was always well cared for when we boarded him at this establishment."

"Leo had a great first stay and came home happy and clean! Paid extra for playtime and was excited to receive photos and video of him having fun with his new friends. Thank you! *it's been a few months now and he still loves it! Mel was a lifesaver with grooming him. He hadn't shed properly his whole life as he was stuck outside. With her help, he is more handsome than ever and is looking more and more like a Husky with each session."

"My dog loves doggy daycare! Always so happy and excited as soon was we walk through the door. I also love that they send me pictures and videos of her during her stay!"

"I took my dog to daycare for the first time today. My heart is so full looking at the pictures and videos they sent me. I truly appreciate the care the staff here has for the animals. My dog is my whole world and I am so happy we found a place for him to socialize and exercise at while Im at work. Looking forward to bringing him back!!"
